question "initiate" N00B Question?

Curious.... I was just wondering. now that me and pretty much the entire IC are now Initiates.. I had a question.. now I know everyone can screen a quest to be re rolled if they are TM and happen to land on it, but what I do not understand is..... Can you use this to Screen any Quest in the game, even though I'm not even specialized in having a Table/List?... Just curious if anyone could elaborate on how the Initiate Power works, cause I'm just not fully understanding it, to it's truest form.. any help would be appreciated.. Thank yall.. much karma.

Yes, any Quest in the game can be screened as you please, so long as it is written down before the Quest rolling begins.

Quest screen is most useful for blocking quests that you really hate or that keep showing up.
